What is underwater hockey?
Underwater hockey (also known as octopush) is played in a heated swimming pool wearing snorkelling equipment and, as the name suggests, similar, in principle, to hockey, but underwater! The puck is on the bottom of the pool and moved using spatula sized sticks amongst 2 teams each trying to get the puck into the opponent’s goal. Not only is it great fun, but it is an excellent way to maintain and improve your snorkelling skills, to keep aerobically fit and dive fit.
